Inside Sales Coordinator

The Whitlock Group, an award-winning provider of professional audio and video solutions, has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Coordinator in our Houston, TX office location. This position offers the ideal candidate, with a great work ethic and strong sales skills, the opportunity of joining a great organization, learn the industry, and grow within a large and dynamic sales team.


As one of the Nation's largest audiovisual systems integration firms, The Whitlock Group represents over 400 professional audiovisual manufacturers and provides turnkey technical solutions, including systems design, engineering, installation and maintenance services.


This position will assist Sales Account Executives with administrative, marketing and proposal functions. Interdepartmental coordination, client contact and bid preparation are key support criteria. Candidates require strong computer skills including extensive MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat experience, strong organizational and task management skills, and a minimum of 3 years experience in a sales/marketing environment.
