Inside Sales Representative - Telecommunications

The ISR will promote and sell products and services and maintain existing accounts through effective telemarketing sales techniques.  Other responsibilities include: Generating sales revenue to meet or exceed sales quota, processing sales contracts, providing customers with product information and services, working closely with communication systems, outside sales staff, sales management and related internal departments.

 

Candidates must have:

 

Strong selling skills

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel

(J.D. Edwards, Lotus Notes,  and ACT preferred)

Ability to be persuasive

Good problem solving skills

Self-motivation

 

Education/Experience:

 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
