As an Integration Engineer in our dynamic Video Ad Serving platform team you can imagine plying your trade without having to worry about your crazy creative director, your measly vacation time or your overworked, under-loved interactive department. Here's what our next Integration Engineer needs:
* Conceptual skills, not just technical chops.
* At least 1+ years of significant hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Flash, Javascript, Actionscript, XML, CGI programming and scripting languages, ActiveX, interactive and Rich Media, Object-Oriented concepts, and TCP protocols
* Strong understanding of web development technologies within content management, databases, and distributed publishing solutions
* Experience using formal standards and procedures for development and integration of application systems
* Experience with Advertising and third party ad serving technologies a big plus
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Grace under pressure. Firedrills aren't uncommon. Don't panic. It never helps.
* Good social skills. Listening, talking, the whole gamut. After all, we gotta work together.

And how you'll apply it:
* Work with client's development team to troubleshoot any integration development issues and guide code implementation methodology
* Perform unit and system testing to ensure quality assurance according to business requirements
* Provide direct technical support and implementation guidelines to customer base for integration of the Lightningcast system with the support media player types.
* Develop product innovation opportunities by working with integration engineering team members and with product engineering team
* Code Flash and Javascript enhancements and modifications to existing integration code
