As a result of strong growth, we are searching for an Integration and Support Engineer to support an existing, and rapidly growing new customer base. The Affiliate Network Integration and Support Engineer will integrate new high visibility clients onto the system (Your LAMP skills should be sharp), provide continued world class client support (manners matter), and perform critical in-house technical operations (learn on the job!)... see the growth potential? Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work with internal and client development teams to troubleshoot any integration development issues and guide code implementation methodology.
* Liaise with various Ad.com departments to assist with unique technical issues that only your experience can solve!
* Maintain the product feed system... yes, this is important!

Skills:
* At least 3 - 5 years of significant hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, PHP, MySQL.
* Strong understanding of web development technologies within content management, databases, and distributed publishing solutions ie: cookies, spyware, etc.
* Experience using formal standards and procedures for development and integration of application systems.
* Experience with affliate marketing third party ad serving technologies a big plus.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Desired Characteristics:
* Excellent customer service, client partnership/focus, business, written and oral communication skills for both internal and client facing.
* Be able to understand and solicit requirements through conversations with non-technical and technical customers and employees.
* Self-started and quick learner.

Education / Experience:
* BA/BS, preferably in a technical field, and 1-3 years of relevant experience
* Or relevant combination of education and experience.
