Inventory Control Analyst

 

 

We are seeking an Inventory Control Analyst in our Norcross, GA Warehouse to direct and audit corporate policies and procedures to ensure an accurate inventory of materials and products in accordance with inventory cycles and philosophies.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Conducting daily/weekly cycle counts for both local & regional locationsKeying inventory transfers between departmentsKeeping detailed reports on adjustments and cycle count resultsCoordinate efforts for yearly physical inventoryGenerating and publishing reportsPlanning and projection projects as needed within the company concerning inventory control 

Qualified candidate will have:

· At least 3 years experience in Inventory Control, Production Control, Warehouse/Distribution and/or Purchasing or related function.

· Prefer some financial analyst experience

· Working knowledge of inventory control methods and procedures

· MRP systems

· Computer skills including Word, Excel & Access. Experience with Monarch helpful
