This is a temporary/contracted position through Ultimate Staffing with the possibility of long term or temp to hire. This job requires full time hours, located in El Segundo, CA. DUTIES: - Research and investigate fraudulent activity related to the misuse of satellite television service, and improper account and service set up or distribution. - Provide excellent customer service to individuals who have opened claims of identity theft and false charges. - Research and verify legitimacy of identity theft claims and open cases. - Develop facts and obtain information from multiple resources to build fraud cases. - Analyze data, draw conclusions based on findings and clearly summarize complex results for investigators. - With less complex cases, will be responsible for applying preliminary research to further investigate and resolve fraudulent issues including discussions with outside contacts/targets. - Present material in an organized fashion using spreadsheets and backup documentation. - Communicate and coordinate cross-departmental fraud issues with departments such as Customer Service, Home Services, Access Card Operations, and Finance. - Make outbound calls to customers who may be committing fraud to discuss alternatives. REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: ** This position requires a Background Check and Drug Screen** - 4 year college degree a plus. - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. - Must have strong PC skills including Microsoft Windows and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access), and Internet navigation and directories. Easy, STMS, RIO, and SAP experience preferred. - Must be able to develop strong user skills with Case Management software and proprietary applications such as Fraud Folio. - Must have technical aptitude and motivation to develop techniques based on objectives, along with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment and take direction from multiple team members. - Must have analytical skills in order to perform investigative work and determine like kind evidence. - Must have the ability to spot potential inefficiencies and assist in development of process enhancement solutions. - Must have strong attention to detail, and ability to see investigations through with minimal supervision. - Seeking self-starters with a drive and enthusiasm for fraud investigations. - Prior experience with Fraud Investigations or Research a huge plus. - This is a temp/contracted position through Ultimate Staffing with the possibility of long term or temp to hire. - Position is full time, M-F. - Pay range: $16 to 18/hr, DOE *** This position requires a drug screen and background check. ***Please send resume in Word format to jhouser@ultimatestaffing.com     About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
