MARKETING Coordinator (MC) Dallas Metro Area

We are opening a new State of the Art Studio to service a rapidly growing market. Our aim is to provide our clients with excellent quality combined with great value and outstanding service.

This privately held company is seeking Marketing Coordinator with high energy and strong interpersonal skills. The Marketing Assistant (MC) is responsible for the coordination of sales and marketing efforts with the owner and outside sales representatives. The role has significant interaction with the production manager to achieve daily production goals. The MC becomes an expert with regards to the operation of the Fastrack Contact Marketing System and is highly aware of the strategy and process within the CRM solution. The MC is essentially the main point of contact with an order, and responsible for estimating and converting the estimate to a sale. Like the Owner, this individual must be able to coordinate and organize and will be responsible as the assistant manager, when the Owner is out on calls. The MC may also be involved in some production, according to workload; however, the main focus is for the MC to deal effectively with all incoming phone activity, manage counter sales and conduct outbound prospecting calls. This will allow the Production person to focus on the production without interruption. The MC will be trained to use assumptive sales techniques and to be creative when closing business. In many cases the MC will complete the prep work for the Owner to meet with the client and close the sale. In essence, the MC is an assistant to the Owner, helping to facilitate the sales.

The MC will use many facets of the Marketing Plan very effectively including, direct mail programs and target marketing strategies, when not involved in estimating or dealing with clients. As a marketing assistant, in essence, this individual is also heavily involved in telemarketing, to help open doors for the Owner. Various phone scripts will be used to introduce Speedpro to the prospective client and meetings will be arranged with motivated buyers. The MC is actively involved in contacting associated businesses that assist the advertising of products. This is a non-stop cycle and this person should possess a very pleasantly aggressive personality. Should be familiar with data base management programs like ACT! and Maximizer.
