Manager, Local Media Pricing and Sales Finance

CITY: New York STATE: New YorkCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):Primary pricing and finance liaison to NBC and Telemundo National Sales Offices - partner with Sales Leadership to highlight key performance metrics, facilitate informed decision making, and drive controllership across organizationSales Incentive Compensation (SIC) planning - manage process across Local Media Sales and Finance teams for SIC planning and payouts, tracks key metrics on an ongoing basis, and prepares quarterly presentations to SIC committeeNational Sales Office forecasting and analysis - ownership of quarterly sales forecasts, assumptions and variance analysis for National Sales OfficesFinancial Planning and Budgeting - handles day-to-day management of National Sales Office expense budget including pacing, quarterly closing, formal planning cycles (SII, Op Plan, Estimates)A/R and Cash Management - facilitate quarterly cash collection calls with National Sales Offices and CFS, track Bad Debt Exposure through frequent communication with CFSPrepare monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for Sales HQ ledger Oversee TVS Direct Memo Billing process for large multi-station, multi-platform salesQualifications/Requirements:Basic Qualifications:Minimum of three (3) years experience in Finance and Accounting.Strong analytic and modeling skills.Eligibility Requirements:Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered (note job#:813971).
