CITY: New York STATE: New YorkCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):The Manager of Planning & Scheduling for USA Network is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the On Air Marketing Team. The Manager of Planning & Scheduling supports the overall brand strategy of the network and ensures that all the priorities whether marketing, programming or digital are being efficiently promoted on air.Manage all day-to-day on-air promotion scheduling on USA, including scheduling all on-air promotion in the Gabriel logs (Traffic application)Generate deliverable charts for on-air promotional campaigns for USA original series and A/B Level PrioritiesCreate Monthly On Air Marketing CalendarManage end credit promotion for all original seriesManage on-air promo formats for all USA ProgrammingCoordinate and schedule weekly NBCU priorities on USA NetworkCoordinate and schedule on-air barter with deals with other cable networks on USA NetworkSchedule all Ad Sales customized promotion and tagged tune-ins within promo time on USA Network based on the Strategic Marketing scoop.Qualifications/Requirements:Minimum 3-4 years minimum of experience in Marketing, On Air Promotions and Scheduling fieldMinimum 3 years experience of entertainment industryBachelors degree required (communication, media, Film/TV or related field)Eligibility Requirements:Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through nbcunicareers.com to be considered (note job#: 820304).
