Marketing Manager- E-Commerce

 

Direct Holdings Worldwide L.L.C., the exclusive marketer of Time Life music, videos, DVDs and more is looking for a Marketing Manager - E-Commerce. The position is based in Fairfax, VA.

 

Overview:  Responsible for the development, extension and management of all customer email programs for DHA’s North American websites including www.timelife.com, www.timelife.ca, and www.timelifeespanol.com.

 

Responsibilities:Work with Creative and Production to write and design effective email communications. Challenge the current active email campaigns on a continual basis to ensure maximum results are achieved. Develop and execute email test campaigns on to ensure we are using the most effective subject line, creative design, copy, product, calls to action, etc. Responsible for the growth and hygiene of email database. Implement and manage all ancillary/triggered email communications including order and shipment confirmations, welcome messages, and checkout abandonment communications. Responsible for the implementation of segmentation and targeting strategies. Responsible for the creation and distribution of reporting and analysis. Monitor and advise on email compliance, best practice and trends with our ESP vendor Participate in departmental and company projects.



Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong database, numbers and data analysis experience Exceptional organizational skills, interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail Creative problem solver Strong understanding of ROI-oriented marketing Proficient in MS Office and Excel Experience with web 2.0 initiatives such as blogs, viral web activities, widgets, social networks is a plus.



Qualification:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or other related field. 3-5 years experience in email/direct marketing.
