Media Relations Coordinator-FOX News Channel

Experience:

Candidate should be eager to learn the profession and self-motivated for this entry-level public relations position with outstanding growth potential. This requires a self-starter who is able to juggle multiple tasks at once and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong desire to build a career in public relations are a must. Individual should be results-oriented and must be able to adhere to numerous deadlines. 

 

Responsibilities among many, include: pitching of select talent/programs, pitching of news made by guests on various programs; managing television listings; writing talent biographies; limited administrative duties including conducting varied research. Note: The work week for this position runs from Sunday-Thursday with weekends considered to be Friday & Saturday.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Internship(s) in public relations field a must

Strong interest in media/current events
