Show Production Services, LLC. Is an affiliate company of NBC Studios, Inc.Fact check material for all Access Hollywood enterprises including but not limited to AH, AH weekend, TV One, TV One Newsbreaks, My Network, blogs, press releases, etc. Coordinate and communicate fact-checking changes with AH staff.Prepare thorough research on story topics identified by Manager.Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in either of the following: Computer Science, Multimedia, Business, Journalism, Media, Communications, or 3+ years of equivalent work experience required.High school diploma Must have ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings due to news cycles and breaking news.Must be willing to work designated shift, generally Monday through Friday. Shift begins between 6a-8a on work day and may last up to 10 hoursReferences from previous employers required. Must pass drug screen and background check.Desired:Bachelor Degree desiredPrevious experience as proofreader, fact checker or researcher a plus.Excellent computer skills required for searching Nexis, Baseline and the Internet.Have an interest in Movies, TV, Music and Sports and have a working knowledge of each. Have an interest and knowledge of news outside the entertainment field, including current events, politics, etc.Be able to work in high-pressure situations and on deadlineAble to multi-task and prioritize simultaneous research assignmentsA self-starter with good people skillsGeneral:Job # 816481
