Operations Analyst, Telemundo Digital Media

CITY: Hialeah STATE: FloridaCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):Job Purpose:Telemundo Digital Media is looking for an Operations Analyst to assist the VP of Operations in the implementation of digital products to multiple platforms. The position will provide the opportunity of working closely with all Digital Media businesses to coordinate production work-flow. The Operations Analyst will also act as a liaison with Programming, Promotions, Finance, Legal and Sales Marketing to ensure that Digital Media's efforts are effectively coordinated throughout the organization. The ideal candidate must be willing to adapt to flexible hours and able to work in deadline-driven "online entertainment magazine" environment.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate implementation of special projects with DM Product Development TeamWork in conjunction with VP of Operations to improve work-flow procedures, vendor relations, and develop strategies to lower expensesAccess files and records, create/edit database and spreadsheets, record information and reportsManage monthly expenses; ordering/purchasing of all department needsManage administrative duties as neededQualifications/Requirements:Basic Qualifications:Minimum 1 year experience in the Media/Information Technology/Digital Media industryMust be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, including PowerPoint and Excel and should have advanced Internet Skills along with the ability to adapt to new software and applicationsEligibility Requirements:Interested external candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered (note job#: 818531).Bilingual (Spanish and English) Must be willing to work in Hialeah, FL.
