* Accountable for building and implementing a global enterprise problem resolution capability/process for improving and standardizing defect tracking from reporting to resolution, deepen our understanding of the root causes of client-facing issues, identify areas for continuous improvement through institutional learning and implementing preventative measures, and report problem trends to senior management.* Develop Problem Resolution Office strategy to include scalability and consolidation opportunities* Work with key leaders within and across the Global Business Services organization to insure technology alignment, continuous improvement and optimal resource allocation.QualificationsE=essential, P=preferred.* In-depth understanding of contemporary technology enables and managed service options (E)* Experience leading international Problem Resolution options (E)* Extensive leadership experience in design and introduction of new/enhanced production/operations systems applications. (E)* Experience in migrating and managing operational outsourcing/off shoring initiatives (P)* Leadership experience in analysis and automation of business processes (P)* Leadership experience in managing 3rd party providers and contract resources (E)* Experience in managing third party systems integrators in automating business processes.
