EMF Broadcasting is the parent ministry of K-LOVE & Air 1 Christian radio networks.  Our vision is to communicate the Gospel message through mass media, leading as many people as possible toward salvation and spiritual growth.  With over 400 stations in 45 states, K-LOVE and Air 1 reach more than 4 million listeners per week. 

We currently have a Part Time opening for a Receptionist for our Rocklin, CA headquarters.

We are looking for positive, outgoing people with a heart for ministry to interact with our listeners, provide excellent customer service, and perform activities geared toward strengthening the relationship between EMF and our listeners.  Willing to assist other departments with additional special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.  Must be willing to work flexible hours including holidays & weekends.

Shift Hours: 

Part Time: Thurs & Fri 9am - 5:30pm, and Sat & Sun 6am-2:30pm



Required Experience: Prior experience as a Receptionist answering multi-line telephone systems and working in a medium to fast paced call environment is required.  Excellent customer service skills is a must. Microsoft Office and Internet experience background a must.  As is the ability to multi-task on a computer. A great attitude and interpersonal skills are very important! Job Duties include, but are not limited to: Respond to incoming calls promptly and in a  professional yet welcoming manner. Provide accurate information or route call appropriately. Ability to research & locate information for difficult inquiries. Stay current with information updates, staff changes and procedure revisions. Update various contact sheets as assigned such as the frequency list and phone extension list. Welcome and direct visitors according to procedure manual. Maintain a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within & outside of EMF. Other duties as assigned.
