This position is responsible for managing the quality improvement and productivity efforts across the business unit, a department, or a functional area. Included in the P&Q function are Project/Program management responsibilities for Process Improvement, Process Improvement teams, Process Analysts, Mentoring, and Training.Qualifications5 - 7 years experience in a leadership role in Process Improvement and Productivity and Quality Improvement. Experience in leading strategic change initiatives across large corporate organizations. Technical competency and experience in process design and improvement methodologies, development of metrics programs, benchmarking, management training, internal/external client satisfaction and supplier management programs. Trained and certified in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent methodology, such as TQM, ISO, CMMI, etc. Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools and techniques. Master Black Belt certification preferred.
