Receptionist / File Clerk

Job description: CBS Radio is looking for a part-time receptionist.  Quailfied candidates must be avaliable to work a half shift Mon - Fri between the hours of 8:30a - 1:00p.  You must be a reliable, punctual, well-organized, self-motivator who works well alone and with others. We are looking for a professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to greet our clients and visitors, handle incoming phone calls to the station and perform general administrative duties.   Responsibilities include:· Greet clients and visitors  · Handle incoming calls and route to proper personnel and take messages when required· Receive and distribute incoming mail; post out-going mail· Receive and distribute overnight mail, packages; handle outgoing packages· Provide clerical back-up to various departments as needed· Provide information to callers/listeners regarding commercials, news stories, etc.· Assist various departments as necessary· Assist with clerical duties, including memos, filing, year-end consolidation and administration Requirements: Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Great organizational and time-management skills a must Must be proactive with workload Microsoft Office experience is required A division of CBS Corporation, CBS RADIO operates 147 radio stations, the majority of which are in the nation's top 50 markets.
