Our goal is to be your Employer of Choice!Retail Store ManagerLocation: Universal City, CA Pay: $50k-$60k Direct Hire Opportunity Venturi Staffing in partnership with an Entertainment company is seeking a dynamic and talented Retail Manager.  If you have a proven track record managing retail stores and are driven by nothing short of excellence, join our world-class team and take your career to the next level. Responsibilities: ·  Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, employment and Union guidelines, as well as Company policies and procedures.·  Maintain or exceed weekly budgeted variable operation results: shrink, variable labor, safety, guest service, cleanliness and visual/merchandising presentation. ·  Monitoring performance and making recommendations to maximize current trends.·  Exceed annual EBITDA targets. ·  Communicate on a regular basis with Area Manager regarding locations performance and challenges; make recommendations for improvement when necessary.·  Review and analyze store performance results daily while identifying and resolving opportunities with management team.  Minimum Requirements: ·  Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Marketing or related subjects·  Willingness to work overtime, and/or on weekends with short notice ·  Must be willing to work at the entertainment station/location ·  Must be willing to take drug test and submit to a background investigation·  Must be 18 years or older·  Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Interested Candidates please forward your MS Word Resume to glendale@venturipartners.com or call 818-956-1768, ask for Eric or Robespierre to schedule an appointment today.
