SALES COORDINATOR

Clear Channel Radio is accepting applications for a Sales Coordinator position.  This entry level administrative position supports multiple Sales Managers and Account Managers in all areas of the sales process:  typing proposals, memo’s and letters; filing; competitives; meeting set-ups; mass mailings; database management; writing traffic orders; sales phones and client request follow-up.  Position also backs up the front desk phones and mail posting/distribution. This is a fast paced administrative position that requires excellent time management skills, prioritizing and attention to detail.  Requirements for this position also include:  computer proficiency in  PowerPoint, word processing and Excel; good verbal and written communication skills.
