Sales Coordinator

BBC Motion Gallery, the footage licensing division of BBC Worldwide, is looking for a sales coordinator in North Hollywood, CA, with a team player approach. This person will liaise with sales executives, and be responsible for coordinating incoming footage requests, answering incoming customer calls, generating contracts, performing data entry and general administrative duties, and undertaking special projects as directed by senior managers. Must be a self-starter and able to act on own initiative; customer service focused; extremely organized, accurate and attentive to detail; able to communicate clearly (written and verbal); excellent computer, interpersonal skills, and a college degree are required.
