Sales Integration Editor, iVillage

CITY: Englewood Cliffs STATE: New JerseyCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):This new position reports to the SVP, Editor in Chief of iVillage.com and YourTotalHealth.com to represent the editorial department in responding in a timely and creative way to custom editorial-sales requests. The Sales Integration Editor will serve as the bridge between editorial and sales marketing to identify and secure editorially compelling and engaging concepts and packages. The Sales Integration Editor must be able to effectively interface with internal groups (edit, design, product, sales marketing, sales, and research) to secure cooperation, input and approvals for opportunities. Essential Responsibilities: Represent editorial team for sales-related questions in a series of weekly meetings. Based on sales requests, work with editorial teams to develop ideas and concepts for editorial packages and materials that also meet advertiser/client needs. Work with internal product/project managers to determine specifications for, feasibility of, and schedules for producing sales/edit packages. Work with sales/marketing to develop materials (i.e., Power Point presentations) that accurately describe editorial products that are available for sale. Responsible for administering editorial guidelines as it relates to sales-related packages. Work with marketing team to determine appropriate editorial promotion for sales-related packages/products.Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum 5 years editorially-related sales, marketing or advertising experience for an online publishing or advertising agency Bachelors degreeEligibility Requirements:Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through nbcunicareers.com to be considered (note job#: 817099).
