Publisher Client Manager (PCM), as part of TSM's Mobile Publisher Network team, is responsible for the business and operational success of TSM's Publisher Clients. Working as the primary account contact, the PCM will understand and develop client needs; coordinate resources to deliver client projects in scope and on schedule; and deliver a best-in-class service experience. The PCM will also contribute significantly to TSM's internal development efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Client-Facing Initiatives:
*Engage clients to understand, develop and prioritize strategic objectives (e.g., inventory growth, new ways to serve clients). Stay on top of clients' overall business model and direction, and contract terms with TSM.
*Facilitate implementation of client properties on TSM Network, collaborating with technical enablement and services teams.
*Proactively monitor clients' needs and follow through specific requests, coordinating across various TSM functions.
*Anticipate and respond to client questions (e.g., ads delivered, click-through, etc.) about performance of client properties.
*Assess clients' desired functionality from TSM Network / platform, define requirements, and apprise TSM product management.
*Diligently document health of client relationships, as well as specific issues (utilizing TSM's tracking tools). Be constantly prepared to provide snapshot to senior executives (internal and client).
*Participate in business development efforts for existing and new clients, e.g., conducting demo's, coordinating response to queries, etc.
*Collaborate with Advertising.com Finance and Legal teams to ensure smooth payments, billing and contracting process.
Corporate Initiatives:
*Manage and contribute to strategic projects, research and analysis, and process design and documentation efforts, for Mobile Publisher Network and cutting across TSM and Advertising.com functions.
*Participate in several cross-functional team efforts that are part of TSM's on-going operations and development.
*Travel - 25%


Skills:
*Excellent written and oral communication skills.
*Strong project management and presentation skills, including high aptitude for MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.
*Understanding and keen interest in mobile advertising and digital media industry and standards.
*Strong initiative, self-motivation and prioritization skills.
*Structured thinking, attention to detail and follow-through.

Education / Experience:
*BA/BS in business or related field.
*4+ years of account management, consulting and / or services experience.
*Experience in online / mobile advertising or digital media services.
*Experience working with Fortune 100 brands
*Or relevant combination of education and experience.
