SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to grow sales by implementation of successful internal and external marketing programs. By maximizing the productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Marketing Department, the Senior Marketing Associate must assist the Director of Sales and Marketing and proactively support the Sales Department. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop marketing communications (including email, direct mail, advertising, gift guides, and product brand books) that promote and drive sales of Sony products and services to Sony Cierge clients and co-marketing partners
Partner relationship management, sales team training and development, bid/quote negotiation of marketing materials, collateral concept, creation and production
Selection of products that produce strong sales, strategic to company initiatives; new to market; incorporate Sony-proprietary technology
Research and develop promotions on select products that will drive sales
Assess the feasibility of implementing promotions by understanding the cost structure of the products and the margin goals of the business
Coordinate and plan with Product Groups and Corporate Marketing product shots (Digital Asset Management resource), in-use shots appropriate to affluent client base, messaging that can be incorporated into copy when appropriate, logos, advertising slogans or headlines
Vendor management including direct mail, online, printers, fulfillment, copy writers
Measure and analyze sales performance of each marketing communication
Tracking of invoices and timely submittal of marketing related expenses
Develop and maintain basic password accessible website
Arrange and organize product training from Product Groups to Sony Cierge team on a regular basis

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in Marketing as it relates to Advertising, Communications and Public Relations
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or Communications required
Skills needed in Technical writing or copy editing
Computer proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Must be a self-starter, team player and be able to multi-task
