Senior Sales Executive - Streaming Video

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

 

Location: Atlanta, GA or Vancouver, BC

Position: Full-time, permanent

Salary:  $95,000 - $120,000 plus commission and stock option plan

Specializing in video compression technology to deliver video over the internet to the PC and mobile phone, Infinite Video is a fast-growing technology company. The company is seeking a proven sales executive with C level contacts in the video streaming industry.  

 

The Position

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Sales Executive is responsible for building sales revenues.

 

To accomplish this, the Senior Sales Executive will work with the executive, technical and sales and marketing team. The successful candidate thrives in an environment that requires identifying strategic targets and securing relationships with executive level customers. The successful candidate will have experience selling to content owners, broadcasters, advertising executives and communications companies.

 

Responsibilities:

§ Develop and implement sales strategy and business plan

§ Identify, pursue and manage strategic accounts

§ Qualify, prospect and close multi-million dollar deals

§  Develop value propositions to effectively convey the benefits, competitive advantage and revenue opportunities related to the company’s turnkey solutions

§ Cultivate and maintain long term strategic relationships with key accounts

§ Develop account objectives and short term revenue goals

§ Ensure a continuous pipeline of new business opportunities

 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

§ Strong project management skills

§ Exceptional executive-level interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills and presence

§ Ability to manage large efforts, driven with the highest level of motivation and ambition

§ Proficiency in creating business models for long term profitability

§ Ability to understand technology-based solutions

§ Solid understanding of the streaming video industry, competitive positioning and presenting complex technical solutions

§ Results focused

§ Proven ability to sell to C-level executives

 

 

Required Education and Experience:

§ 5+ years experience in related industry

§ University degree, masters degree a plus

§ Proven track record in closing new business
