Senior Vice President, Creative

Warner Bros. International TV Distribution Inc. seeks a Senior Vice President, Creative for the International Television Distribution-Branded Services department. Position will work with the President, International Television, Executive Vice President, Business Management (Branded Services), Executive Vice President, Worldwide Television Marketing and Regional staff based in Miami, London and Shanghai to define and execute branding, programming, marketing strategies and launch plans to drive viewing, revenue growth and brand awareness for Warner Bros. Branded Programming Services. Recruit creative, marketing and programming executives to be based in Burbank and Regional hubs in Miami, London and Shanghai. Supervise creative, marketing and programming executives in Burbank and Regional hubs in Miami, London and Shanghai to ensure branding, programming and marketing initiatives are executed in a manner consistent with core strategies. In conjunction with President, International Television, Executive Vice President, Business Management (Branded Services) and other divisional finance and operations staff, provide input in preparation of business plans, five year plans and financial forecasts for Warner Bros. Branded Services.

Requirements
BA/BS degree in related field required. Strong creative, brand management, marketing and programming skills required. Understanding of digital media essential. Working knowledge of theatrical feature films and primetime TV series programming preferred. Fluency in foreign languages particularly, French, Spanish or Chinese, preferred. Minimum 7 years experience in a senior marketing and programming role, preferably for a suite of similarly branded channels or programming services.
International experience preferred. Extensive travel may be required. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with managers, outside vendors, and other levels of personnel. Must have ability to remain calm in high pressure environment. Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively. Must have the ability to work well under time constraints. Must be able to handle multiple tasks. Must be goal orientated.
