Sr. Analyst SAP Financials

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Sr. Analyst SAP Financials in our IT Department.

The Senior Analyst SAP Financials is responsible for:

• Working with users and other team members to define business issues and solutions
• Translating business requirements into functional requirements. Designing, configuring, testing and implementing solutions based on these requirements
• Drafting functional specifications for custom applications and interfaces
• Day to day support of SAP financial applications and operational budgeting applications
• Evaluating new functionality delivered by SAP; testing support packs and upgrades
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of project and production support documentation
• Reporting to management regarding project and production support status
• Support and adhere to application change management polices and procedures


The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and coordinate work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is imperative, as is the ability to work with others to achieve departmental and company goals. In addition:

• At least 3 years of SAP FI support/configuration experience and 1 full life cycle FI project
• At least 2 years of SAP BI Integrated Planning or BPS support/configuration experience
• At least 1 full life-cycle BI Integrated Planning project
• Knowledge of financial processes such as order/contract-to-cash and procure-to-pay
• Strong analytical and systems design skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Experience following a structured project life cycle methodology (e.g. ASAP)

Additional skills preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Computer Science or Engineering preferred but not required
• Entertainment industry experience preferred but not required
• OutlookSoft experience preferred but not required
