The Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for the installation, configuration, delivery, testing and training of Entriq's suite of applications to a variety of audiences from customers, to vendors to internal Entriq resources. The Sr. Service Delivery Analyst plays a key role in the implementation phase of the Entriq customer life cycle, as this resource interfaces with Entriq Engineering to install the software that the Engineering team develops to meet the requirements of the end customer. Entriq Service Delivery team members engage with other resources within Entriq to ensure video quality, provide application test scripts, deliver documentation and answer Support questions that are specific to Entriq software implementations.

Duties.  Other duties may be assigned as needed. Provision hardware and software to support new customer implementations and existing customer's expansion of Entriq software. Maintain quality of video created by Entriq software. Develop documentation to describe software installation, use and customer specific requirements to internal and external audiences. Analyze, Test and resolve Entriq software defects, administration issues and end user training issues, working directly with customers, Entriq software, networking and operations staff, and software engineers, all as appropriate. Coordination and execution of Entriq system updates. Train customers and other support specialists in Entriq product administration and use as needed. Develop knowledge of Entriq software products and new system updates, as they become available. Required Skills



The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Previous installation experience, preferably in the Web Applications, Video Streaming or Broadcast arenas. Experience in delivering IT or Broadcast Engineering services to an end customer in a consultative setting.
