Technical Project Manager

Location: US-MA-Boston Employment Type: Full Time, Employee Expected Duration: 5+ to 7 Years Pay Rate: 80,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD /year We are seeking an exceptional person to join our product management team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about media, and has a proven ability to assess consumer needs, identify market opportunities, define detailed product and program specifications, and work within a cross-functional team (design, engineering, operations, customer service, sales, marketing and business). Candidates must be highly motivated, extremely organized, detail-oriented and possess outstanding communication and analytical skills Qualifications Technical background; BS in computer science, engineering or related field preferred. 2+ years product management and/or consulting experience with companies that deliver web-based services or software products in the media space. Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth customer research and requirements gathering. Experience with the Scrum product development process. Hands-on approach toward tackling tactical as well as strategic work. Proven teamwork skills to help deliver on-time product and project results. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment. Experience in the media industry is a plus.
