TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

BROADCAST MULTIMEDIA DIVISION

Obtain an in depth learning of product lines and technologies

Customer Technical Applications Support 95% Phone Support 5%

Involvement in technical problem resolution

Webmaster support on technical issues

Participate in tradeshows and visiting customers

Troubleshooting HDTV Broadcast Video Equipment, identifying

client problems, providing solutions to high level clients

This position offers great career growth opportunities

Requirements

Previous experience as a Technician desired.

Previous experience in Quality Assurance is a plus.

Must be able to identify and fix problems. Good troubleshooting skills

Understanding of professional Audio and Video products is desired.

Must have strong leadership qualities and technical abilities.

This person should be enthusiastic about what they do.

Knowledge of digital and analog electronics is highly desired.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
