Develop print and online documentation from the beginning of a project through its completion for hardware and software. The projects include and are not limited to hardware and software documentation, configuration management support, installation instructions, software metering instructions and user guides, and editing of specifications and design documents.Qualifications· At least 5 years of experience in the field of technical writing.· A strong knowledge of technical communication methodologies.· Ability to write in a clear, concise, easy-to-read, grammatically correct writing style targeted to the intended audience.· Detail-oriented to ensure high quality and completeness of deliverables.· Strong written and oral communication skills with a variety of people at all levels of responsibility.· Strong interviewing, analytical and planning skills.· Ability and preference for multi-tasking.· At least 5 years of experience with desktop publishing applications including Adobe® FrameMaker®.· Proficiency with Microsoft Word.· Proficiency with generating interactive PDFs in Adobe Acrobat®.· Ability to create and edit screen captures and photographs using tools such as SnagIt®, PaintShop Pro®, or similar tools.· Prefer: At least 3 years of experience with HTML and Cascading Style Sheets. At least 2 years of experience with FrameMaker and RoboHelp. Some experience with Agile Document Management and Control" document processing.
