Job Description: Repair, maintain, and test disc replication and print machinery.

 Responsibilities:

·  Troubleshooting/repair electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacture/production of DVD replication

·  Complete machine setups and preventive maintenance as directed in a timely manner using industrial safety standards.

·  Maintain accurate database entries including downtime, description of problem, description of repair and parts used (if applicable.)

·  Ability to interpret technical documentation including schematics (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC ladder logic.)

·  Correct documentation of inventory parts sign out.

·  Complete work orders as issued.

·  Perform functions that include, but are not limited to, operating production equipment and assisting Engineers.

·  Others projects and/or duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

·  3-5 years experience maintaining electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing/production environment

·  Experienced in the repair of pneumatic assembly and equipment

·  Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Work Shifts

·  Must be able and willing to work an alternative workweek

·  6a – 6p

·  6p – 6a

·  4 day rotating schedule

 

Education:

·  Associated Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of professional and academic experience (High School Diploma/GED required)
