Traffic Coordinator (Fox Sports Net Arizona)

Fox Sports Net Arizona is currently searching for a Traffic Coordinator. This position is located in Phoenix, AZ.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Reconciles daily broadcast log. Must have complete understanding of the inter-relation of spots, clusters and programs and be able to translate the reports provided by Houston Operations to an accurate and billable log. Must have the ability to reconcile and correct issues as reports by the discrepancy report.

 

• Enters credit approved contracts from Sales department. Enters orders for both incoming national and local commercial material as well as changes, makegoods and credits. Prioritizes orders that need immediate attention and communicates with Sales Department when there is a discrepancy with an order.

 

• Enters Originations and Paid Programs into the daily log and works rejects as needed.

 

• Provides detailed reporting. Prepares and distributes the daily pacing report as well as distributing the daily traffic reports to the Sales Department. Must have the ability to analyze the daily changes and variance to forecast to communicate concerns to the Finance Director.

 

Requirements:

 

• Associate’s degree with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed. Must possess strong organizational skills and detail oriented, able to handle multi-task responsibilities and demands.

 

• Good organizational and project management skills are required. The ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment without direct supervision is essential. Knowledge of Enterprise/Encoda Traffic System and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is recommended.

 

• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
