 V.P., Interactive Digital Media Marketing, NYC Broadcasting Company.

This leading Broadcaster is expanding it's digital efforts to raise the bar and lead the pack with new and exciting marketing tactics.

In a perfect world, maybe you started in Media, then onto Ad Agency (Entertainment Client) and Bingo..now at an Interactive Agency looking to combine all those creative skills developed into an exciting opportunity.


• Strong brand development (marketing) experience is needed and exposure to promotions is ideal 

•Minimum  5-7 years interactive advertising agency or online marketing experience required either account managing an entertainment client/account or working in the digital/interactive department of an enertainment company,

 

 You would:

•Create and oversee digital media marketing strategy and operations.

•Be responsible for developing and implementing cross platform marketing promotional plans and other digital marketing initiatives. 

•Develop strong relationships with third-party companies to further the company's exposure.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Develop comprehensive integrated digital marketing strategy, incorporating online, broadband, wireless, ITV and e-commerce to drive viewers and program promotion. 

•Responsible for developing and managing multiplatform promotional tactics for original movies or made for TV original series, including social networking, community outreach, email, wireless campaigns, sweepstakes and search engine optimization.

•Manage marketing staff and budget.

• Be responsible for developing marketing plans and promotions associated with programming sampling, series websites to drive traffic website and increase email/wireless database. Implement special promotions including sweepstakes and contests, usually requiring development of specific marketing materials for web based properties. 

• Work in conjunction with Marketing and oversee online affiliate marketing operations – e.g. test constructs for new technology applications (wireless, etc.)
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:   
• Ability to manage staff of 3-5
• Ability to interface easily with all levels of management
• Strong organizational skills (extremely important)
• Proficient in online marketing/advertising tactics
• An understanding of film, TV/Cable, the Internet and multi-media industries

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

• MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years interactive advertising agency or online marketing experience required.
• Strong brand development preferred.
• Entertainment Account Management or Experience working for an Entertainment Company in a Interactive/Digital Marketing Role
