Production Coordinator:

 

 

FUNimation® Entertainment, one of the nation's leading independent home video entertainment companies, is a full service brand management company with in-house production, marketing, public relations, licensing, internet, home video distribution and toy divisions. We are a growing company seeking an energetic and motivated full-time entry-level Production Coordinator. This person will be scheduling and tracking all aspects of production from receipt of translation through to the final mix being turned in. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of assignments in a creative environment.  

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  Maintain and update all tracking spreadsheets and schedules using Excel. Insuring prompt delivery of materials to directors, writers, line producers and ADR engineers. Working with writers, directors and line producers on arranging and meeting deadlines. Quality control and composition of English cast and crew lists per episode. Fulfilling requests for final scripts. Shipping and receiving of materials and review discs.

 

. Education and/or Experience:        

 

§         BA/BS Degree preferred but not required

 

Additional Qualifications:

  Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel and word. Previous production experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work from an existing schedule. Excellent communication skills. Must be detail oriented.
