More information about Thomson Reuters and its financial performance can be found on www.ThomsonReuters.com. We are adding Webcast Producer to our Corporate Communications team in Boston.  The Webcast Producer is responsible for all pre-event webcast set-up and post-event work, including but not limited to: scheduling events, building pages, quality assurance, coordination of all on-site webcast-related technical details with any additional client contacts (i.e. — Audio/Visual, Hotel contacts), live event production and post-event editing.The Webcast Producer will handle all "back-end" details of both virtual presentation and non-teleconference webcast events.  The individual will work with additional client technical contacts, webcasting vendors and also assist their Event Manager with client trainings, demonstrations and any additional tasks necessary.Key responsibilities: All technical work on webcasts Scheduling events and setting up on the appropriate product and creating pre-event pages for posting to client website Building webcast pages with company site look-and-feel for clients Building custom pages and webcast pages using HTML and page publishing product Update/Redesign webcast-only client web pages to maintain consistency with their corporate sites when design changes are implemented Work with vendor/provider to ensure all are fully informed of the details of an event and to resolve pre-event issues prior to the live event (Vendors include: Premiere, Akamai, Visual Webcaster and Talkpoint) Troubleshoot technical problems before and during the event Produce live webcast events and provide on-line support for client during the event Work on any necessary post-production work Build strong and productive working relationship with the above webcast vendors, as well as any others Strong communication links with webcast team throughout all stages of the event Assist with special projectsThis position is located in Boston, MA and requires no travel.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is required At least two years of professional client service experience, including vendor management experience Strong HTML skills and XML experience a must Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point Knowledge/familiarity with streaming media preferred Strong verbal and written communication Exemplary organization skills and time-managementThomson Reuters employees take pride in providing our customers around the world with information that is timely, accurate, unbiased and trusted.
