401(K) Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:



At the core of Paychex Human Resource Sales (HRS), provides clients with total control and design of HR benefits such as retirement plans (401K) and Section 125 plans (FSA).



Top notch sales professionals will go to two (2) training sessions totaling 3 weeks of training in our corporate office, which includes technical and sales skills training. Upon returning from training, sales representatives will network and uncover leads in their designated territory.



Sales Representatives receive a comprehensive benefits package including a base salary, commissions, bonuses, expense allowance, 401(k) Plan, a Stock Purchase Plan, and tuition reimbursement.

First year earning potential is between $65-100K.
