AABS Advisory Knowledge Implementation Manager (3 Year Rotation) - 00IOJ

The AABS Advisory Knowledge Implementation Manager is responsible for driving knowledge priorities that are aligned to the Global AABS Advisory Knowledge strategy. This role will have strong coordination and focus on the acquisition, customization, and development of knowledge enablers and process models, including a focus on relevant industry and solution sets, that will help provide AABS Advisory practitioners with the knowledge needed to deliver consistent high quality services. Essential Functions of the Job: Work closely with Global AABS Advisory Knowledge Leader to determine knowledge needs that are aligned to business objectives Collaborate with key AABS Advisory stakeholders (e.g. Global BAS / RAS Centers, Global AABS Infrastructure Teams, Sector Leaders, Solution Champions) to coordinate, enhance, and develop new and existing knowledge enablers Manage synthesis of knowledge content by subject matter resources (SMRs) and be involved in certain aspects of content creation if appropriate Manage the acquisition, collection, synthesis and distribution of process related content including business process frameworks, risk and control models and process enablers such as benchmarks and leading practices Manage efforts to acquire industry and solution set knowledge and best practices from engagement teams, along with identify knowledge gaps and suggest process / content improvements Manage the publishing process of AABS Advisory industry content within the global knowledge Infrastructure (CHS, CKRs, etc.) and drive strong connection points with Industry/Sector CHS and CBK managers to ensure effective accessibility of content Drive knowledge sharing culture by helping to raise awareness of existing AABS Advisory knowledge enablers and collaborative tools/resources Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities: Recommends courses of action and manages relationships for positive progress; Makes decisions and suggestions based on a solid understanding of knowledge management principles, firm and AABS business objectives, and needs analysis; Contributes confidently to discussions and initiatives within the Area and with other Areas globally to ensure integrated and balanced approaches Highly rated technical skills; working knowledge of AABS Advisory specialty areas ' Customer, Supply Chain, Finance, etc - and experience of process related disciplines, process models and benchmarking. Good understanding of knowledge management principles. Knowledge of AABS service delivery and professional services environment. Strong project management and coordination abilities. Strong ability to quickly analyze issues, develop solutions, and effectively communicate recommendations. Adaptable to dynamic situations and expectations. Able to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders, understands importance of staying connected with engagement team needs, and establishes and maintains key relationships. Able to self-manage and work in a variety of teams. Excellent communication and facilitation skills to interface with all levels. Fluency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in MS Office and Internet (Lotus Notes preferred). Individual will work within the Global AABS Infrastructure team reporting to the Global AABS Advisory Knowledge Leader. Requires limited supervision and flexibility to work in teams with primarily indirect responsibility, although direct supervision may also be included. Interacts and works autonomously to produce desired results. The role will be based either in Cleveland or London but may require international and domestic travel to drive effective implementation of priorities. Bachelor's degree in business related discipline Experience in AABS Advisory (i.e., BAS or RAS)-related profession; 4 years client service background Understanding and experience of Business Process Frameworks, Process Models and Benchmarking Minimum of 8 - 10 years in corporate or professional services environment Good understanding of knowledge management principles Demonstrated project management AABS-related certification (e.g., CPA, CISA, CIA or equivalent) desirable OH-Cleveland
