ADMIN/PURCHASING/SALES ASSISTANT

Pak West, a division of the Blower-Dempsay Corporation, has been serving California since 1973.  Our warehouse and offices are headquartered in Santa Ana along with offices in Benicia and Vista, CA as well as our newest location in Boise, ID.  We have in excess of $5 million worth of inventory.

 

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, energenic, intelligent person to coordinate the marketing/sales sfforts at our office in Santa Ana. Assist the Pkg Mgr, Sales Mgr, and Purchasing Mgr with sales lead coordination through a computerized database, marketing material organization, maintain flooring agreements and follow up with calls to sales reps for New Sales and other reporting as assigned by the Sales Mgr. Ability to compose and type Customer letters, Owners correspondence, Internal Memos, Suppliers Letters and Sales Quotes. Coordinate and arrange sales meetings, prepare agendas and notification of meetings. Support and relieve the front reception desk for breaks, lunches and vacations. 

Computer skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Crystal. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written. Ability to multi-task, perform accurate work and prioritize workload. Excercise critical thinking and sound judgement with all tasks, and act independently in resolving problems and making good recommendations. Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the company.
