Account Coordinator

TransCore, a subsidiary of Roper Industries, Inc. (NYSE: ROP), is seeking an Account Coordinator based in Cincinnati.

 

The Account Coordinator will provide ongoing support to assigned TransCore accounts to ensure the delivery of services, to meet customer expectations and to make certain that contractual requirements are met.


In addition, the Account Coordinator will:

 Build solid tactical and strategic relationships.Coordinate the delivery of TransCore services to meet customer needs.Manage the completion of projects and other commitments, including project management, information technology, operations, accounting, and account management.  Conduct regular customer meetings with assigned accounts including scheduling, content development and execution.  Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, maintain tasks lists, and update scorecards/metricsCoordinate administrative items for assigned accounts, working with Account Management as required.  Compile invoices and documentation for accounts.  Investigate outstanding receivables for follow-up by Account Managers or senior management as appropriate.  Coordinate and manage special projects necessary to fulfill service obligations to customers.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

 A Bachelor’s level degree in Business, Logistics or Technical/Engineering disciplines. A strong technical aptitude, and strong analytical skills.Experience in account management, account support or customer service.Excellent presentation, writing and verbal communication skills. Must be a very organized individual, and comfortable working under time constraints.Skilled in Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.  Have the ability to travel, possibly up to 20%.
