Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

We are seeking an Account Director to sell Starch syndicated products and services. This person will be responsible for locating prospects, arranging meetings and presentations, and closing sales.  Ideal candidate must be able to maintain good relationships with current clients.

 

Experience & Skill Responsibilities:

· Ability to cold call and arrange meetings with prospective clients.

· Excellent verbal/oral (particularly presentation) skills – demonstrate ease in front of an audience when presenting or reviewing completed reports.

· Excellent written skill – ability to compose an effective proposal with minimal assistance and, when necessary, to write an analysis of data for clients.

· Able to operate with minimum supervision and with a zeal to get the work done.

· Microsoft Word and PowerPoint capabilities.

 

Education:

 

· College Degree (B.A. or B.S.) with one to three years experience interpreting data.  Some experience in advertising/marketing.

· Background in media-buying or creative advertising agency preferred.
