Responsibilities:Account Executives focused on solution selling in a fast paced environment, where customer responsiveness & quick decisions are a necessity.

 Leads are generated by a proven successful EYESthere Corporate Marketing Program designed to maximize selling time and productivity of the Sales force.

 Generates revenue and profit margin for EYESTHERE in accounts and territories in Denton County and NE Tarrant County.

 Works well in a team environment to ensure the successful marketing of EYESTHERE solutions. Quick decisions are typical by following the proven sales process: Prospecting & Planning: Identifies high potential sales opportunities and quickly prioritizes them. Builds rapport and educates customer with the use of proven solution selling skills. Qualifying & Analysis: Leads and develops site survey and account strategy using customer's requirement, plans, budget, and project timelines as the foundation. Validating Value: Engages EYESthere Sales and Operations team to validate the value and articulate the business impact. Building a Business Case: Articulates EYESTHERE Value and provides an overview of EYESTHERE products and services. Proposing & Closing: Submits and presents the customer with a proposal with their requirements as the focus.  Value based selling using EYESthere solutions, justifications, and expected results to overcome objections and win the business. Implementing: provides a smooth transition to the EYESthere technical support team to ensure the customer is satisfied with our proposed solution. Ensures post sales satisfaction that enables strong customer referrals, repeat business, and build the “Raving Fans” that we strive for.

Requirements:Accomplished sales professional with successful outside B2B sales experience Exceptional communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written. Strong MS Office software skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPointMS Visio is a plusEnjoys working with new technologies and can learn new software very quicklySelf-starter, Quick Study, Critical Thinking, Proactive Approach, Team Player.College degree preferred.  Can lift 30 pounds, walk up & down stairs, have a current & valid drivers license with current insurance.Work Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, some overtime, (flextime available).
