Responsibilities:Responsible for retaining and expanding sales revenue in assigned account base as well as driving new market share. Responsible for conducting and presenting demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions to account base. This involves developing customized solutions to exceed customer requirements.Will assist customer by analyzing and evaluating their print requirements and costs and propose an appropriate solution.Will ensure monthly quota is met for the assigned territory.Responsible for a minimum number of sales calls per week. Responsible for updating all sales activity and contact information daily into the database management program.
·Serves as first line of contact with customers; responsible to create and maintain accurate paperwork on each sale for proper order staging and implementation; involves timely responses to email and voice mail inquiries regarding paperwork.Provide a high level of customer service by following through to completion on any issues uncovered in the customer’s account. Will work with the Print Management specialist to generate leads and grow the print business for the rep in the account.Must plan and organize your day to be most productive including time for writing proposals, making presentations or demonstrations, cold calling and tele-selling.Others duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent sales experience. Experience in the office products or similar industry a plus.Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.Strong presentation and customer service skills required.Strong relationship management skills with customers and personnel within the organization required. Strong negotiation skills required.Strong organizational skills. Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines, and use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities.Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet required.Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods.Must have strong ethic and work as an effective, collaborative team member.
Working Conditions:Ability to work under stress/pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives. Ability to travel to customer sites, offsite meetings, company related functions, etc. with short notice. Valid driver’s license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage required.
