Embrace this opportunity to be a part of something ground-breaking.ABOUT THE JOB:As a Fusion Wireless Account Executive you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting and maintaining relationships with small to mid-sized businesses. This is a quota based position and you the AE will be required to physically visit and cold call existing wireless customers and new prospects daily. Through solutions based selling, the Account Executive will analyze customer needs, identify and customize wirelessvoicedata products and services to close accounts on a monthly basis. This transactional based sales position also requires retaining and growing accounts through exceptional customer care and follow-up. You must have the ability to effectively build and manage a sales funnel. You will be responsible for achieving all sales quota metrics, as well as turning in required paperwork and reports. as required by management. You will be accountable for a high volume of daily prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, and closing business accounts to achieve required monthly results. In addition, our top performers work side by side with prospective customers to as a professional consultant, analyze telecom business needs and make recommendations on wireless solutions. You will sell state of the art technology including "Telecom Manager eCenter and Digital Lounge".Required Experience:Two+ years of successful sales experience in a Business to Business environment.Two+ years of new customer acquisition experience.Documented formal account planning and strategic selling skills.Ability to present wireless solutions based on customer requirements.Relevant contract negotiating experience.Proven ability to present financial features and benefits of the Sprint solution.Superior presentations skills, professional presence, business acumen, and excellent written and verbal skills.Ability to perform and adapt in a fast paced changing environment.Strong working knowledge of computer skills and internet navigation.Job Requirements Generates sales of company systems and services in named accounts, specific industry or assigned geographic territory. Contacts/visits existing and prospective customers. Builds and maintains network of colleagues, partners, and customers to share information and obtain prospects. Observes and participates in presenting products and services that can fill customer needs. Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's entire product line; may have more in-depth knowledge on a subset of products or services. Candidates should possess a successful history of net new business sales, consistent achievement of quota and revenue targets and can accurately and punctually prepare sales forecasts and weekly activity reports. Additionally, candidates should have strong presentation, organization and communications skills with the ability to pay strict attention to details. Responsible for work on smaller, localized accounts. May be partnered with a more senior sales rep having broader impact. Sources customers, begins to develop transactional-based relationships. Reports to Sales Manager. This is a multi-incumbent position.Basic qualifications include:• College degree • Related sales experience (preferably in wireless, data and/or enterprise software applications)• Knowledge of the organization's entire product line• Experience in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
