Account Executive / Outside Sales

United Business Servicing, a nationwide lender, specializes in aggressive lending for short-term operating capital of small businesses and qualified individuals.  We are located in all 50 states, and looking for experienced, integral Account Executives to develop new clientele in your region, selling the following HIGH-demand products.

Can you sell MONEY?

Unsecured Small Business & Individual Product Line:

·         Unsecured Personal Lines of Credit for $150,000

·         Unsecured Business Lines of Credit for $350,000

·         Corporate Operating Accounts for $250,000

·         Down to 580 Score, and most products do NOT require proof of income or assets.

Target Demographic:

Our main focus is small businesses and individuals affected by the recent economic slowdown, the sub-prime mortgage crisis, and the overall credit-crunch.

Our target consists of hard-working individuals and small businesses that are in need of a solution for their temporary cash-flow issues affecting their business and families.

Our financial products are meant to fill a significant need in the market for small, short-term operating capital for individuals and small businesses, and have shown impressive performance throughout the recent liquidity issues facing most lenders, which is the main reason for this new recruiting push.  We see fantastic potential in our ability to capture a large portion of this market with the right regional teams.

Lastly, our underwriting and qualification process is so simple and well-defined that it allows both our sales teams and our clients to be given dependable timelines for approval and funding, giving you the ability to truly do your job as a sales professional.

Position:

As a sales professional, your job is to sell, not process paperwork, which is why we have your account management team already in place, waiting to process your new files.  Because of the high demand of our products, our main objective has always been to provide the amount of support needed by our sales teams to succeed.  Our processing system eliminates any ceiling on the monthly income you can realistically earn simply because we remove the paperwork variable.  All you need to do is the selling, and we will do the rest.

One of the best aspects of this position is the pay structure.  Unlike many sales jobs, you get paid when the client pays, meaning you can sell today and get paid TODAY as well.  No more waiting for a sale just to wait another 45 days to be included with the next pay period.
