The company is seeking an Account Executive / Recruiter for its West Palm Beach, FL office.

Earn a base salary of $30,000 - $35,000, plus commission and benefits for this full-time, direct hire position.

As the Account Executive / Recruiter, you will: Recruit, sell and handle client relations. Identify talent via job fairs, Internet and networking events. Interview and select candidate for job placement based on client requirements. Skill-market candidates to current and prospective clients. Attend recruitment fairs and networking events. Manage applicant process and client follow up.

You must be comfortable and effective communicating via telephone, and must be able to quickly and successfully manage staff and clients. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet research skills, and typing of 45 WPM.
