Account Executive - Retail, Restaurant, Real Estate

Claritas, the nation's leading provider of marketing information & target marketing services, is currently seeking a Retail, Restaurant & Real Estate Account Executive to cover the Southeast (AL, MS, AR, LA) region. The position's actual location may be flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:The primary responsibility for this role is prospecting new client opportunities; the Account Executive will research local and regional marketplaces to develop leads and expand Claritas' customer base. Working as part of a consultative team to identify cross-sell opportunities within a million dollar plus account base Managing & coordinating all sales and service activities associated with primary client accounts Keeping abreast of developments in the retail, restaurant & real estate industries .



Requirements
BA/BS degree or higher 3+ years of relevant industry or sales exp Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages A natural technical affinity Excellent business writing and presentation skills Knowledge of retail/restaurant marketing, site location and/or exp. with data analysis (segmentation, modeling or database marketing) is helpful. Knowledge of regional retail/restaurant businesses and trends. Exceptional prospecting skills and a proven track record of securing new clients.
