Account Management/Business Relationship Development (Professional Services)

Our client, an established and highly-respected leader in the training and development industry, is actively recruiting for a seasoned and accomplished business/relationship development professional to assume key role on its growing team.  The company offers high-end management and leadership training courses as well as one-on-one coaching.  This is a sophisticated and complex program and deals with corporate executives at the highest levels. Seek top-notch, quality-driven and proactive leader who offers demonstrated ability to build valuable relationships with similar audience.

 

This is not a prospecting role.  Company has strong and expanding relationships with corporate leaders across the country.  Company has a reputation for excellence and is sought out by many.  This role involves representing the company with these accounts/individuals and expanding on the relationships developed to date.  Seek an account developer who can be PR, sales, customer service and trouble-shooter.  Seek one who takes tremendous ownership and makes sure inquiries are addressed and problems are solved.  New business is consistently won by great service provided.  Seek quality player who operates in similar mode.

 

Selected candidate will offer 5+ (ideally more) success-ridden years in business relationship role.  Seek a contributor with an impressive, consistent and recent track record of achievement.  Company is open to various bkgds (Sales, Fundraising, Human Resources/Training, etc.) but demonstrated ability to develop/expand quality relationships in a top-of-its-class service business will be key.
