Account Manager / Client Service Representative

Job Purpose:

Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Agency : Person to be responsible for providing a variety of customer services to brokers and overall service of existing business and support of brokers on new business efforts


Duties:

* update client information


* New and renewal business coordination for brokerage business


* Review of all submissions prior to underwriting


* Gather information for application


* Assemble risk for underwriter


* Bind coverage


* Coordinate binders


* prepare invoicing instructions

 

* Communicate effectively with underwriters

 

* Maintain updated logs; submissions,written/ lost business, submissions, leads, etc.

 

* commit to the complete servicing and overall handling of account submissions taking responsibility for getting the work properly completed

 


 

Skills/Qualifications:

3+ Years Insurance Experience,Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking
