Fast growing, innovative NJ-based Company seeks a high performing Account Manager/Learning Consultant to develop and implement powerful error reduction solutions.  works with leading companies across the world including the following industries:  Pharmaceutical, Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage and Medical Devices.

 

Using scientific research on how the brain works and why human beings make errors, we have developed innovative strategies and methodologies that help organizations reduce human error and improve organizational performance.

 

We are seeking an outstanding individual with the following qualities:

* University degree

* Minimum 5 years experience

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Analytical, investigative, technical and project management skills 

* Presentation and facilitation skills

* Learning agility and high intelligence

* Experience in managing and growing accounts across business units

* Proven ability to achieve results 

* Organizational and operational savvy 

* Ability to manage, lead and influence people, but also effective when working alone 

* Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approx 50% of time)
