This division offers a comprehensive portfolio of products and services for the building automation market. We use our expertise to help our customers solve core operating problems and respond more effectively to their current and future needs. The Boston Branch is a full service provider with a concentrated focus on the following business segments:HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Fire (Life Safety) Security Card Access, Digital Video solutions Energy Management SolutionsSpecifically, this candidate will have the following day to day responsibilities and will be estimating service related projects as well as maintenance contracts. Manage an existing account portfolio of customers. Ensuring that these customers are satisfied with their Honeywell service while also expanding the Honeywell footprint at their locations. Develop technical proposals for key projects and conduct customer presentations. Help to establish a pipeline of new customers that will achieve the goals and objectives of Honeywell’s annual sales plan. QUALIFCATIONS REQUIRED: Engineering Degree (preferable) or a minimum of 5 years industry experience Strong knowledge of mechanical and automation systems. Must be a good problem solver with strong written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of Visio 2002 is a plus. Must be a self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy and deliver on commitments. Must be able to work effectively with other members of Honeywell’s sales team.
